Salon Regina in Nuremberg

Was there about 6 months ago, sitting outside was ok, enough space, the waitress was nice but the service has kept you waiting for a long time and it wasn't overly crowded. You think you can do better.

Almost legendary café in Gostenhof. I like it there very much. I haven't eaten anything yet, but the cakes look very tasty.

Unfortunately the wrong food was delivered and apparently the staff is overwhelmed. You don't feel welcome, seem rather Instagram-friendly.

We were there for breakfast. Unfortunately we had to wait almost 1 hour for it. well it wasn't really worth the wait. It was ok, but nothing special for the expensive price. mini bowl of hummus and jam with a little dry cheese and tomatoes. Mh yes good. We also got to know the snappy kitchen worker. he slapped us two balls and when asked which is soft and which is hard, he just said "how should I know". well price-performance ratio is wrong. but the location is nice and ok for coffee and cake. I cannot recommend breakfast. they should hire more staff on the weekend. they were completely overwhelmed. but apparently that's normal.

Looking for a nice breakfast, we got stuck at the Salon Regina, because it appealed to us visually. After we had already waited 40 minutes for our breakfast plates, we asked the friendly, overwhelmed wait staff whether our breakfast had been forgotten. In the meantime the next table, which ordered 10 minutes after us, had already received the warm dishes (schnitzel / fries). The waitress replied to us and came back with the oven-warm bread basket and informed us that breakfast was already on its way. After another 10 minutes breakfast finally came and the bread was cold again. We were also given the wrong breakfast at first, but that wasn't a problem. When we had our breakfast, we spoke directly to the gentleman in the kitchen, demanding that it be communicated honestly when a dish is forgotten. We waited a total of 50 minutes for a breakfast platter with 3 dips and a bit of cold cuts. The cook didn't even give us excuses and just snippily asked if we've ever worked in the kitchen. We noticed that the criticism demanded by the gastronomy was not wanted here. The chef also said that we have been the first guests to complain for 1.5 years. A restaurant should neither deal with criticism nor with guests. I usually never rate badly because I find criticism to be personal. However, I found the behavior simply outrageous and my constructive criticism was not received professionally, but laughed at maliciously. Apparently we were the problem. The breakfast wasn't bad in itself, but nothing special for just under 13 euros.

Drinks on the menu that don't even exist would not matter if they were pointed out, but then serve something else and only explain when asking that the offer has not been available for months is incomprehensible to me

Salon Regina is a very Special place. I almost don’t want to rate it so high, but it’s a place to feel at home and just feel good energy. All organic and trying to make the world a little better. The Moro though is to have fun?

One of the best places for a coffee in GoHo ("Gostenhof")! Usually, you have sun all day on the front porch. Salon Regina is a typical hipster place with charming Interieur from the 70ies and 80ies. The coffee is very tasty and not bitter at all. The cake selection is great and basically made by grandma. :-) really worth a try! Usually, it is frequented a lot, so don't be surprised if you have to wait for a table. In the summer, they add additional beer garden furniture to have more seats available. Parking is possible right in front of the cafe - in case you catch a parking spot ;-) Great for a sundowner!
